A Green Society was the little New Zealand political party dedicated to environmentalism. It was one of deuce-ace conservationist parties taking part in the 1996 elections, a others existence the Green Party (then a share of the Alliance) and the Progressive Green Party. A Green Society believed that environmentalism should exist as a only & scoop focus of any "green" person, & that each of the more groups were inside error in their tries to lay out mixer & economic policies too. A person was led by Simon Reeves, an environmental lawyer. In a election, all the same, the Green Society gained lone Nought.11% of the vote, failing to win any seats. It has since dissolved.
